Finish 5 by Fall

Friday, June 26, 2015

Today's post is a little different than the usual "Empties" that you may read about or watch (an Empties post is coming soon though!). It's a challenge to see if I can finish five products by the start of fall (September 23, 2015). This is part of a link up with my fellow Canadian bloggers over at the Canadian Beauty Blogger Network. This is a good way to motivate me to use up products in my stash so that I can make room for new ones ;)

1. Bath & Body Works Warm Vanilla Sugar Fragrance Mist. I've had this for a while but it never seems to finish!

2. Clinique All About Eyes Rich Eye Cream. It's about 3/4 done. I already have another eye cream in line to use after this one is done.

3. Body Shop Passion Fruit Body Butter. My face may be oily but my body is dry. This has been helping my skin rehydrate so this will make me use it more often. Goodbye dry skin!

4. Covergirl Clump Crusher Mascara. I recently opened it but I'm not the biggest fan of it, compared to other mascaras I've used. Oh well, the sooner I finish this, the sooner I can go back to a better one!

5. Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Dark Circles Eraser. Almost done!

Expect to see these products in an Empties post sometime in October, maybe sooner! I challenge you to also try and finish 5 of your makeup, skincare, or hair styling products!

Until next time, Des

  1. I was thinking of putting a body butter in my finish 5 as well! Ended up picking a BBW lotion instead!

Seems like the age rewind is on a lot of people's list (including mine!)

    Good luck! :D

    1. Thank you! I have a B&BW body lotion in line already! It's going to be the next body lotion I use once this Body Shop body butter is used up! The Age Rewind is amazing, I'm definitely repurchasing it.

  2. The Maybelline Concealer is a really good one. I removed the sponge from mine so I'm able to use more product. I'm not currently doing a use it up but I'm trying to concentrate more of a few products and that is one!

    1. How did you take off the sponge and how do you apply the concealer then?
