Berry Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie Recipe

Spring is here and summer is just around the corner! The warmer weather calls for a nice refreshing drink!

Today on the blog is a recipe for a berry vanilla yogurt smoothie... and the cool thing is that you can use WHATEVER berries you want. It'll taste just as good :) I've used raspberries and blueberries for the smoothie on separate occasions. Each give their own unique taste and I've really enjoyed it for a morning burst of energy, a snack pick-me-up, or even as a post-workout indulgence. You can mix up the choice of berries to get a party of flavours in your mouth haha



Berry Vanilla Yogurt Smoothie

Servings:
~2, halve the ingredients if you're making one for yourself

Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen berries (whatever berries you want!)
- 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt 
- 1/2 soy milk (or regular milk, your choice)

How to make:
1. Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend away!

Now wasn't that quick and easy?
